Procedure to raise request to take Leave
Instead of applying for Leave on the Manual Paper Format all
Applications to apply for Leave and their Approvals will have to be
necessarily be through the HRMS System.
This is linked to the Attendance Sheet in the HRMS System Platform.
Following is the Step wise Guidance Methodology to be followed
while applying for Leave.

Absence Request
STEP 1 : - Start Date: Starting date of applying for Leave
STEP 2 : - End Date: End date of leave
STEP 3 : - Filter by Type: Leave type – e.g. CL , EL, SL
STEP 4 : - Reason: Sub type of Leave type, based on type of leave selected, reason of leave will pop up
STEP 5 : - Calculate Duration: Click on calculate duration to know the no of days of leave applied
for.
STEP 6 : - Address while on Leave: Please Enter the address while on leave. If the Address
while on Leave is same as Local Address then you just need to Copy it from the Local address
tab.
STEP 7 : - Reason for Leave: Please give reason for applying for Leave
STEP 8 : - And the LAST STEP is to just CLICK on submit BUTTON. The process to apply for Leave
is over and would now appear in the HRMS ID of your SUPERVISING OFFICER .
