ORDER

A verified petition dated March 1, 2011 having been filed with this Court by the
petitioner, praying that after publication, due notice and hearing, an Order be issued
ordering the Office of the Local Civil Registrar to cancel the date and place of
marriage under item no. 12 and correct the first name under item no. 1 from “Marie”
to “XXXXXX” and finding the said petition to be sufficient in form and substance, the
same is hereby set on May 2, 2011, at 8:30 o’clock in the morning before this Court,
on which date and time any interested party may appear and show cause, if any they
have, why said petition should not be granted.

Let copy of this order be published at the expense of the petitioner in any
newspaper of general circulation in the City of _______________ in any newspaper of
general circulation in the City of ______________ once a week for three (3) consecutive
weeks prior to the date of hearing.

Let a copy of this petition be furnished the City Prosecutor, the Local Civil
Registrar of Olongapo City and the Solicitor General.
