1 Substructure
1A Piling 150 mm x 150mm Reinforced Concrete Square Pile
200 mm x 200mm Reinforced Concrete Square Pile
Reinforced concrete for pad footings, ground beams, column stumps and groud slab. Also reinforced
concrete for apron slab, driveway, fencing beam, concrete sill, reinforced concrete crossing, septic tank
1B Work Below Lowest Floor Finish base & manhole base .

2 Superstructure
2A Frame Reinforced concrete columns, suspended floor beams, lower roof beam and roof beam.
Use decorative column base including plastering and painting.
2B Upper Floors Reinforced concrete suspended floor slab construction.
2C Roof Cement Tile roof structure system on prefabricated timber roof trusses , UPVC rain water down pipes and
metal roofing sheet.

2D Staircase Reinforced concrete stair construction finished with cement and sand plaster with decorative metal
handrail to 1st section. Other are brickwall handrail a top with one piece of wood.

Paved with 300mm x 300 mm at landing slab.


2E External Walls Generally 115mm & 230mm thick brickwall.
