Performance Development Manager

The Performance Development Manager will initiate and lead business performance improvement
projects for divisions and business units across the Emirates Group. These projects will deliver significant
business benefits by delivering process and organisational improvement strategies and projects. The job
holder will be the key facilitator in implementing organisational and process change in the business whilst
developing, coaching and motivating project teams of Industrial Engineers and Operations Research
specialists in the team.
Skills
Graduate in Operations Research or Industrial Engineering, or graduate level education in scientific,
engineering, or commercial discipline preferably with postgraduate degree or diploma or experience in
Operations Research.
• Minimum 6 years experience in the field related to processes, productivity improvement, or
organisational change in a reputed organisation. Experience may be reduced by 2 years if it has been
gained in the airline or airport services industry and / or in the areas of Productivity Services or
Consultancy relevant to the Airline Industry.
• Working knowledge of standard Microsoft applications, including project management is essential -
knowledge of one or more of Project Management, OR and Process Mapping tools, and LEAN
techniques, is desirable.
