AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFEREE
I, PABLO EDULAN , Filipino, of legal age, married , and a resident of
Poblacion Sierra Bullones, Bohol, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with the law, hereby depose and say ;
1. That I am the VENDEE of parcel of land, designated as Lot No. A-3 with an
area of FOURTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE (14,725)
square meters, more or less, situated at Rizal, Pilar, Bohol, Philippines,
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 11661
2. That I do not own agricultural land in excess of five (5) hectares including the
land transferred to me ;
3. That I am being the owner and vendor of the above-mentioned parcel of land
hereby declare and attest that the subject property has no pending case at the
Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudicator Board (BARAB), Tagbilaran City,
Bohol or any of its Adjudicator, the Courts or the Courts or at the Office of the
President;
4 That I have given due notice to the Barangay Agrarian Reform Council of the
Barangay where the land is situated regarding the transfer and also the fact that
the total landholdings does not exceed the landholding ceiling as provided in
R.A. 6657 ;
5 That I am executing this Affidavit voluntarily in compliance with the
requirements of R.A. 6657 and DAR Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 1989
dated January 3, 1989 and to request the Provincial Agrarian Reform Office and
the Register of Deeds for favorable action.

I, FLORA PINOS , Filipino, of legal age, married , and a resident of J.A Clarin
Street, Tagbilaran City, Bohol Philippines, after being sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and say that:
1. That I am the seller of a parcel of land located at Dampas Distrct,
Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, designated as Lot No. 2500-D-3-B-6-
C-1 with an area of FIVE HUNDRED (500) square meters, more or less,
and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-62939 and Tax
Declaration No. 2008-8L-3803.

2. That the total aggregate area of all my agricultural lands in the Philippines
as well as that of our spouses, including the land subject of the stated
transaction is less than 5 hectares.
3. That the land herein sold is within my retention area, is pursuant to
Section 6, R. A. 6657.
4. That we execute this affidavit to comply with the provisions of R. A. 6657
and to have the Deed of Absolute Sale of a Portion of Land in favor of
STEPHEN GALES registered in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
Tagbilaran City.
