History of Mobile Phone
Firstly, the history about mobile phone began when
mobile phone which is a telecommunications device
that can be used in transmit and receive sound that
usually in voice and conversation in a long distance.
After that, Phone words come from English words which
is Phones originating in Greek, Tele = remote and
phone = sound.

Secondly, most phones operate via transmission of

electronic signals through a complex telephone
network that allows any phone user to connect with
almost everything else. There is a public telephone
which collects a small amount of payments, according
to the period of use, for the use of the public without a
telephone.
ADVANTAGES OF MOBILE PHONE

1.Communication
Advantage that we can get by using the mobile
phone is we can communicate with other people
that far from us. We can communicate by sharing
and receiving information with the people by
using mobile phone. For example, we can
communicate with family, friends, and coworkers
in any place when it has the signal.

2.Messaging
We can use mobile phone to send text
messaging to the other people in a short time.
Before the emergence of mobile phones we need
to tell other people information by send a letter.
It is took so long to get the information and
sometimes people does not get the information.

3.Calendars and Organization

Advantage of mobile phone it has the
application of calendars in it. This can advantage
to users because they can manage their daily
schedule wisely. For example, the workers who
have the appointment can set reminder on their
calendars or students can set reminder about the
deadline of their assignment.

4.Photos and videos

Advantage by using mobile phone we can take
photos and videos in any time. In the past we
took pictures using camera that took out the film
when camera can reflect light through the use of
two convex lenses, then place the image of the
external object on a paper / film that placed at
the center of the lens's focus. Today, we just take
out our mobile phone and take photos and videos
easily and quickly.

 The advantage using of mobile phone is get to
manage our banking easily. For example,
Maybank2u is the online banking that we can use
in easier the banking matters. Before existence
this online banking, we need to go to the bank to
drop and transfer our money. So that, by using

Disadvantages of Mobile Phone

1.Health problem
Disadvantages that we can get using the mobile
phone too much it can affect our health. The effect
that we can get from the mobile phone produced
electromagnetic radiation that can harmful our
body. There are many others affect that we can
get from using mobile phone.

2.Loss of money
Mobile phone give the disadvantages which is
can loss our money. When we use mobile phones
need a simcard to communicate with other.
Therefore, simcard need to be activate by

3.Waste time
It can waste our time by using the mobile phone
too much. For example, students which is using
the mobile phone will being addicted by that
gadget. They will waste their time by using the
internet, playing games, and watching drama on

Nowadays, sophisticated technology that can
take any photos and videos just by capture on our
mobile phone. We can take any photos that be
seen on our eyes easily. In public situation there is
the possibility of being photographed or filmed by
the strangers. Once our picture has been captured,
it can easily end up in the public domain via social
media.

5.Cause accidents
Disadvantages of mobile phone is cause the
accidents. In this situation, people will focus on
their phone when they walk around. Sometime,
they collide with things, bump into people, or
even worse, step into the road without looking.
After that, this situation became worse when
people who is drive their car while holding
mobile phone. Making or receiving calls or texts,
or using the phone's other functions can all
result in drivers not paying attention to the road
and result in serious accidents.

in society. Therefore, it is no surprise that almost everybody
in the world has at least one mobile phone. School students
do not miss out on having a mobile phone at a young age in
pursuit of sophistication. Consequently, the use of mobile
phones in the community has had a diverse impact on
society. The question is, what impact society will have if they
use cell phones.
Firstly, the effect that

the young people, mobile phone expression of their identity in a public especially
in front of their peers. Secondly, new technology does not just make the changes

communications do they use with other technology.
In addition, Nestle Social Research Programmed by MORI has collected
the data between 22 April and 21 May 2004, using a national representative
sample of 1,058 males and females between the ages of 11 and 21.The self-
completion questionnaire was versioned and 725 young people answered
questions relating to communication technology and mobile phones; 687 are
mobile phone users. Below are the table 1 shows the access to the mobile
phone, computer with internet access, and email by the young people.

The function of mobile phones for the young people those that are
primarily for communication and those that are primarily technical. These overlap
and it is more useful to think in terms of communication that involves more, or
less, technology. For example, sending a photo to a friend compared to speaking

Mobile devices which is including smartphones and tablets use by students for
academic life. They use for information seeking via applications (apps) search engines,
news portal, social media and electronic resources such as e-books and e-journals.
Mobile devices are used to engage in online recreational and social networking
activities and to connect with information resources.

Below are the table about the question of interest that be taken by participants
that were asked to describe any barriers or impediments that they encounter when
using their smartphones for information seeking. This are the lists mean response and
standard deviation values for each potential barrier or impediment type based on a five
point scale.

As the result, students use smartphone for the social networking in order
to seeking information in the search engine. In this study, the limited use of
smartphones for academic information seeking reported by students may be
directly related to a lack of available learning and library resource. Indeed,

reflections and glare when using mobile phone. We can control
the brightness by keep it in night mode on the screen of mobile
phone. Some people usually spend their time in front of the

We can take every 30 minutes on focusing to reduce eye fatigue.
Do not forget to blink to prevent from blurry and dry eyes.

Secondly, the way to maintain digital health and wellness is

limit the use of mobile phone. Instead of using mobile phone too
much we can go outside the house and do outdoor activity. There
are many exciting activity that we can do such as cycling, jogging,
and sporting. Physical activity is important for a healthy lifestyle
and we can get Vitamin D from the sun.

Thirdly, the way to keep our health from using mobile phone
is do not use mobile phone while driving your car. This is because
you need to focus while you are driving. For instance, certain
people that drive their car likes to play with their mobile phone.
They busy with texting on application of Whatsapp and scroll on
their social media. This habit will affect their condition which is
caused the accident. Another situation that sometimes happen is
the people which are like to take a picture or video while driving.

In addition, the way to maintain your health is keep away

your mobile phone when you sleep. You need to put your mobile
phone away and make sure to offline your data connection. You
can keep your mobile phone in airplane mood. This is because
your body need enough sleep and it will affect your health if it
does not get enough sleep. Another reason why need to keep
your mobile phone away because it will affect your brain.

IPhone became well known among the young generation. IPhone

was introduced by Steve Jobs on January 9, 2007 in a keynote address
at the Macworld Conference & Expo held in Moscone West in San
Francisco, California. There are advantages and disadvantages using
the IPhone.
Firstly, the advantage of using the IPhone is the quality of their
camera is super good. This is because the camera of IPhone is very
nice when we taking a picture, the picture that we get look clear and
not blur and look likes camera DSLR. IPhone users will satisfied with
their picture and they can upload on social media without any problem.
They do not have to edit their picture.
Secondly, advantages that can get by using IPhone is audio
quality in IPhone super good. The audio quality which are both mic,
and speaker. IPhone has the loud speaker that can use without any
problem. Sometimes mobile phone users facing the problem with their
speaker which is quickly damaged.
Thirdly, advantages that can get by using the IPhone is the
IPhone has the big support than any other mobile phone. This is
because sometimes mobile game and application need the good
support to download it so that IPhone often have good support. This is
better than androids users that less in support.
Although, IPhone also has the disadvantages in it which is they
only can Bluetooth with their same brand. They only can make a
Bluetooth likes picture, song, and documents with IPhone user only.
This is limited with IPhone user only and it difficult if other mobile
phone to send Bluetooth with them.
After that, disadvantages of IPhone it is mostly way harder to
replace parts than any other androids devices. For example, for the
most people replacing battery involves an incredibly tough
disassembling of the whole phone, with high risk of breaking
something, while 98% of Androids have easily replaceable battery.
Another problem it have even replaced a charger port, which involved
replacing the whole lower docking circuit, and was one of the hardest
things. IPhone is clearly not made to be DIY for maintenance.
Lastly, the price of IPhone is obviously became the advantages
of using the IPhone. This is because the price of IPhone is very
expensive. For example, some people who is do not have any money
are still want to buy it because IPhone is the identities of someone.
Unfortunately, this situation happen in student’s life , they will ask
money with their parents to buy IPhone.
Advantages

1. Mostly much better cpu and gpu performance and optimizations - there is
way less lag on iPhone in general.
2. It is somewhat more simple/easy to use as this is what Apple has always
strived for
3. Mostly superior audio quality - both mic, speaker and loud speaker

6. Big mobile game/app titles most often have good support for iPhone, owing
to there being so few different models in comparison to Android
7. There is generally a greater selection of different back covers, screen covers
and other gadgets for iPhone again owing to there being so few models in
comparison to Android but so many units of those models
8. The screen is generally good, with some possible exceptions (see
Disadvantages)
9. iPhones enjoy certain privileges at certain places
10. iOS seems to be more stable than Android, glitches and crashes are less
common
Disadvantages

1. price obviously, - though there are even some pricier Androids (although this
might of course be seen as an advantage - privilege - for those for whom money
is not an issue)
2. with larger market share there is also less varied selection of apps on
Appstore than on Google Play
3. smaller percentage of free apps for iPhone in comparison to Android
4. some of the newer iPhones, especially after iPhone5S, came with more
problems than previous models, for example the infamous bending of iPhone6,
iPhoneX has in my opinion a terrible looking notch, that I think Steve Jobs
 would never have greenlighted, and I’am fairly certain that fingerprint reader is
a better unlocking solution than face scanner for most people, and iPhone 7
introduced removal of the classic headphone jack

6. obviously losing it will involve a greater financial loss than most Androids on
the market
7. it is way more restrictive, sometimes it can go down to the level of being
ridiculous, for example while I was in Indonesia I spent ridiculous amounts of
money for mobile internet, because 4G was supposedly not available where I
was, while mobile internet was being sold with a fraction of quota for 3G in
comparison to 4G, yet on my return trip I found out that 4G was disabled by
iOS due to ‘being uncertified’, and I could have manually enabled it from the
start. However there are incredulous amounts of restrictions in iOS in
comparison to Android, and this is just one example - it will often complain if
you use non standard charging cable, it won’t charge on many USB charging
appliances that are not iPhone compatible, as it requires some sort of
specialized power output (I haven’t dwelled into what specifically - I just know
that it does not charge, unless turned off, on many USB charging solutions that
most Androids would gladly charge on - not all mind you). Lot of those
restrictions are for better security, but some give no advantage to the user.
8. Rooting iPhone can be way harder than Android, on iPhone it is called
Jailbreaking, and it is impossible for most users due to how Apple has
purposefully made it as hard as possible - they basically make it impossible to
install older iOS versions that are jailbreakable, and often not long after public
Jailbreak for newest iOS is released Apple will issue a new version which
patches it, and then whoever upgraded will soon find it impossible to
downgrade, you can however disable updates at expense of security. Also
many/most iOS versions don’t even have a public Jailbreak, and recently there
have been less and less releases of Jailbreaking tools owing to Apple making
their OS less and less vulnerable to that
9. without ‘rooted’ (jailbroken) iPhone you will find yourself without many
advantage that even non-rooted Androids have, it will be hard for me to
compile a current specific list for it, but recording calls and screen I believe are
in the list - in any case you can root pretty much any Android phone, and
mostly fairly easy as opposed to iOS - Apple however has introduced a native
screen recording for the newer iPhones - however I am not aware if it has any
restrictions
10. iPhones are more susceptible to theft - due to being easily recognizable
rather expensive gadget
11. while this might not apply to all iOS versions and all Jailbreaks, but rooted
(jailbroken) iPhone might be impossible to un-root without wiping all your
data, and many applications, especially banking apps, won’t run or will be
restricted when you use them on a jailbroken iPhone
