Job Description and Skill set requirement
- 12+ years of overall experience
- Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations
- At least one full lifecycle implementation experience of Digital platforms - Robotics / Machine learning/
Artificial intelligence
- Bring in perspectives of Advanced Technologies - Robotics, M/c learning, Cognitive Computing, Natural
Language Processing, Analytics etc. to enhance the transformation opportunity for existing / new clients
- Candidate should be able to take an enterprise architecture perspective and will have strong credentials
across the domains of artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and machine learning
- Successful candidates will play defining roles in the customer-facing side of our rapidly expanding Artificial
Intelligence & Automation Consulting Practice.
- Candidate will work closely with both internal delivery teams and external delivery partners to define and
deliver best-in-class solutions and advisory services.
- Candidate will support the practice with depth of experience and expertise in the following domains:
automation, machine learning, deep learning, advanced analytics & data science, data aggregation &
visualization.
- Lead the design and delivery of AI and automation solutions and advisory engagements
- Work alone and/or lead small, medium and/or large teams split across multiple geographies
- Lead the development of value offerings targeted at the C-suite executive community that exploit
emerging technologies and approaches, leading practices, and/or changes in industry trends
- Demonstrate thought leadership to advise clients on both AI and automation strategy and detailed use
cases by leveraging established insight and industry leading practices
- Develop the intellectual capital of the practice by a publication of domain-relevant white papers and points
of view
- Actively support small, medium and large sales pursuits focused on AI and automation
- Actively contribute to the creation of client proposals for consulting and/or transformation engagements
- Actively participate in the AI and automation design board to select appropriate technologies and vendors
to support our offer
- Monitor technology trends and raise awareness of capabilities and innovations in selected domains of
expertise
- Coach and train colleagues with respect to solution design in selected domains of expertise Pre-requisite

- Relevant experience delivering consulting services and transformation programs Excellent consulting skills
Practical Business Architecture experience (Business / Operation Models, Personas, Process Modelling)
- Detailed Data Architecture experience in several of the below areas: Data Hubbing / Integration;
- Data Quality Management; Reporting & Analytics; Machine Learning; Data Security Solid Technology
Architecture Knowledge in one or several of the typical enterprise ecosystems (SAP, Microsoft, AWS, IBM
etc.)
- Passionate interest in Artificial Intelligence Proven AI-knowledge (university, self-training, projects etc.) in
at least one of the following AI-application areas: Natural Language Processing; Image Recognition;
Robotics Ideally, programming experience in a functional programming language (LISP, Wolfram, Scala,
Clojure, Haskell etc.) alternatively a logical programming language like Prolog
- Have business experience in one or more of our key growth industries - Energy & Utilities, Financial
Services, Life Sciences, Retail/ CPG/Logistics, and Telecoms
- Demonstrate an ability to provide direction and coordination across all aspects of small, medium and large
client engagements
- Demonstrable ability to develop consulting IP and market offerings
Automation Technical Manager:

- 8+ years of experience in leading RPA Projects (Any tools – UIPath, AA, BP)
- Knowledge of AI (Machine Learning and NLP) and Data Capture toolsets (OCR/ICR) like ABBYY, IBM
DataCap, KOFAX will be an added advantage.
- Involved in automating Business Process and applying RPA and familiar with BPM, Cognitive Techniques like
Classification, Knowledge extraction
- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement,
from definition phase through to implementation.
- Applies significant knowledge of product and developments to improve service for our automation factory
- Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
- Keeps the project manager well informed of the status of development efforts and serves as liaison
between development staff and the project manager
- Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project
- Communicates and enforces coding standards
- Performs code reviews and mentors team

RPA developer -Should be aware of CI/CD, release management

-Should have strong experience in .NET development, application design,
development, Testing and deployment
-Should have experience in at least one business domain (Telecom, Banking,
utilities, O&G, Insurance)
-Should be certified RPA developer and RPA Solution designer (Automation
Anywhere)
-Should have experience in CI/CD, release management
RPA Solution Designer -Should have at least 2 years of RPA delivery and solution design experience
-6+ years of IT experience
-Should be aware of software development lifecycle (Requirement Gathering,
Design, Development Testing)
-Should be certified RPA Business analyst in Automation Anywhere
-Should be expert in one of the domain (like Telecom, Banking, Utilities, O&G,
RPA Business Analyst Insurance, etc)
-10+ years of IT experience
Data Scientists with the capability to perform independent statistical and
machine learning research/ projects. If you are a problem solver with a
curiosity for exploring new techniques and technologies in AIML (Artificial
Intelligence & Machine Learning) space. Individuals should be able to break
down business problems into smaller components and implement ML
approaches to empower the end business decisions
Key Responsibilities
• Intermediate to expert level proficiency and thorough understanding of at
least one of the upcoming technologies like deep learning, NLP, image
processing, recommender systems
• Intermediate to expert level proficiency in statistical/ML predictive
techniques such as regression, Bayesian methods, tree-based learners, SVM,
RF, XGBOOST etc
• Working experience and statistical clarity in traditional algorithms like time
series modeling, dimensionality reduction, SEM, GLM, GLMM, clustering and
Data Scientist related areas
• Experience of working on a project end-to-end: problem scoping, data
gathering, EDA, visualizations, modeling and insights
• Collaborate with business and data owners to formulate problems whose
solution would be impactful to the business
• Strong hands on skill in Python using libraries like NLTK, SkLearn, Keras,
Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn etc
• Good to have Experience working with large data sets and tools like
MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, etc and programming algorithms that are currently
not available in distributed environment.
