I am Arulnidhi .T .N, a 1st year MBA student of the Bharathiar school of Management and
Entrepreneur Development, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. I hereby added the details about my

1.Title – Employee compensation

2. Reason for selecting the title – Compensation includes wages, salaries, bonuses and commission
structures. Employers shouldn't ignore the benefits portion of employee compensation and benefits,
because the benefits sweeten employmentcontracts with the priorities that most employees need.

3. Objective – Objectives of compensation management. To attract highly capable and


efficientemployees so that their efforts produces higher organizational performance. ... To increase the
motivation and morale ofemployees for achieving higher employeecommitment towards goals
and objectives of the organization.

4. Methodology- There are two different forms of compensationprovided to employees; direct and
indirect. Direct forms of compensation have a multitude of types or methods, from salaries to bonuses.
