3. I /We agree to abide by the MoI and By-laws and acknowledge having read and understood them.
4. I/We agree to adhere to CESA’s Business Management Integrity Guidelines.
5. I am/We are aware that the Council of CESA has the right to accept or reject this application.
6. I/We undertake to complete the Annual Declaration each year as required by Clause 15 of the By-laws.
7. Please provide a copy of the firm’s CIPRO papers and a blank letterhead.

member firms that neither hold any interest in nor are in the same owning group as the firm applying for
membership. A Mandated Principal may designate an alternate for this purpose where appropriate, provided this
delegation is in writing and is carried out separately in each and every instance.
