Topic 1: The diagram below shows the production and processing of milk and dairy products
for commercial sale.
The diagram illustrates the process in which dairy products be produced.
As observed from diagram the dairy product involves eight main steps, beginning with grazing
the cows and finishing with the dairy product being delivered to the selling market.
In the first step, the cows are bred and raised on the fields. Following that, the cows are milked
by milking machine twice a day. In the next step, milk is removed into refrigeration storage to
keep in good condition. In the subsequent step, the milk is transported to dairy factory by milk
tanker dairy. After being processed in dairy, the milk is then pasteurized and packaged. After
that, necessary chemical are added into the milk and heated at an appropriate temperature,
leaving the new three mixture. That is butter, cream and cheese. The last process is that milk,
butter, cream and cheese will be taken to the supermarket and shop for sale.
Topic 2: The diagram below shows the production and processing of jam and jam products for
using.
The diagram describes the process in which jam products be produced.
As observed from diagram the jam product involves nine main steps, beginning with colleting
the cherries and finishing with the jam product being delivered to the selling market.
At the beginning of the process, a sheet is spread on the ground and the tree is shaken to get the
cherries. Following that, the cherries are collected and are transported to the processing plant.
After that, the leaved and stems are removed and the cherries are washed. In the next step, the
stone is stuck out of the middle of the cherry, leaving main part of cherry. The sixth stage is that
the cherries are cooked and extra ingredients are added such as lemon juice, sugar and pectin.
The last process is that the quality of jam is checked carefully, the jam is taken in jars and a
label is put on the jars.
