Kamagayan, Cebu City in violation of SECTION 28 PARAGRAPH (e) SUBPARAGRAPH
(1) OF RA 10591 which was committed at about 1:00 PM of June 6, 2019 at Citi Center,
barangay Kamagayan, Cebu City.

The facts of the case are set forth in the affidavit and papers hereto attached
together with pieces of evidence all forming as an integral art of the complaint.
