Superposition Law in Electrical Circuits

The document is a laboratory report for an activity on superposition law in an electrical circuits course. It includes the title of the activity, names of the group members who conducted the experiment, and date submitted. The conclusion section states that according to superposition law, the voltage and current in a linear circuit is the algebraic sum of the contributions of each independent source. It also concludes that considering only one source at a time would not give the final answer, and that superposition is most practical for circuits with two or more sources. Finally, it concludes that knowledge of equipment and correct use of superposition law allowed the group to obtain calculated data justified by measurements.

Conclusion/s: Write at least three (3) conclusions

As the superposition law states, the voltage across/ the current through an
element in a linear circuit is the algebraic sum of the voltage across/ current
through that element due to each independent source. We can say that the
effects of one source to a circuit should not be considered the final answer for
it is just an initial effect on the circuit for we should compute for all effects of
all sources on the circuit, by then, would be the time that we determine the
algebraic sum of the effects of the sources before we come up with our final
answer. We can also say that application of the superposition law is more
practical for circuits with two or more sources. Lastly we can conclude that
with our knowledge in handling and using the laboratory equipments for this
experiment and with the right application of the super position law, we arrived
at our calculated data justifiable by our measured results.
