MOLINA, as Legal Aid Counsel for the IBP-LEYTE CHAPTER,
most respectfully enter her appearance as counsel for the private
offended party VICTOR DONDOYANO;

2. The undersigned counsel is newly admitted to the Bar last June


14, 2019 and therefore covered by A.M. No. 17-03-09-SC or the
Community Legal Aid Service Rule;

3. The undersigned counsel is appointed by the IBP Legal Aid to


represent the private offended party in the filing of a motion for
execution of the civil aspect in a Decision rendered by this
Honorable Court. A copy of the Appointment Paper is hereto
attached as Annex – “A”;
