Description: Time to check the abilities of the students to


accomplish independently an inventory form sample using
their skills gathered from almost 5 days practice.

DAY 1
TASK A. The students will make their own written output
(individually). The output must have the following:
a. Name of the Operating Salon Business
b. Years of the Business’ Existence
c. List of tools that the Salon needs to offer the
intended services (Available or not please indicate)
Note: The tool/, material/equipment to be listed must
be written by services offered.
d. Specify the quantities of the tools/equipment listed

DAY 2
TASK B. The students will make an inventory of all the tools
and equipment present in the sample picture of a salon room
with many kinds of nail care, materials and equipment given
by their teacher using index cards as their checklist.
They will tick (∕) the tool, material or equipment
which are missing inside the salon station.
