ONLINE NEW MILK CARD / RENEWAL
GUIDELINES TO CONSUMERS
1) The Existing aavin Milk Card Consumer has to Identify the
Depot No. from the Existing Milk cards and New
Consumers has to select the Depot by consulting with the
neighbour or from the nearby aavin Zonal office or from the
website www.aavinnet.com/dep/
2) The Existing Aavin milk Cards consumer has to register their
details by selecting the first option, fill up the details and get
a registration No.
3) The New consumer to get Aavin Milk Cards has to register
their details by selecting the third option, fill up the details
and get a registration No.
4) The existing Consumer has to enter their existing Milk Cards
Nos. in the Registration form.
5) After Registration the Aavin Zonal Office will approve the
Consumers after verification of the Address and provide
Consumer ID.
6) The Consumer ID will be informed to the Consumer by E-
mail or the Consumer may track and find the consumer ID
by Selecting the fourth option.
7) After allotment of the Consumer ID the payment may be
made online between 1st to 12th of every month by
selecting 2nd option and a receipt will be generated. The
consumer may collect the milk from the concerned Depot by
producing the online payment receipt in the morning or
through the Delivery Person of the Consumer. The Regular
Monthly Milk cards will be issued from the Depot from 16th of
the month. The Consumer need not go to the Zonal
Office.
8) The monthly Milk cards may be purchased through internet
on payment made by Credit/Debit Master / VISA card/Net
Banking.
9) For cancellation of the Milk card purchased through
internet, the consumer has to contact the Zonal Office in
person for getting refund.
10) For any clarification the consumer may contact concerned
Milk Marketing Zonal Office or the Regional Office or by
sending E-Mail to

11)The Consumer may send request by E-mail to
[email protected] for change of Milk Type,
Increase or Decrease the Milk Quantity ,Change of
Address and Change of Depot before making renewal. The
change will be made immediately.
12) Service charges applicable as detailed below.
Up to 1 ltr Rs. 10.00
Up to 2 ltrs Rs. 20.00
Up to 3 ltrs Rs. 30.00
13) Any Failure/Broken Transaction during the renewal and
the consumer payment receipt not able to print the receipt
the payment made by the Consumer including service
charges will be refunded to their account within 48 hours.
Once again the Payment has to be made by the consumer
to get the payment receipt.
14) In case of price revision the difference has to be paid by
the consumer.
15) All personal details given in the registration form will be
kept as confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone.
