EDM Using RTP Interface in Rate

The document discusses using an RTP interface in SAP to create a rate with separate line items for on-peak consumption, off-peak consumption, and maximum demand. The RTP interface uses two components - one to divide consumption into on and off-peak periods using time-of-use groups, and another to determine the maximum demand. Screenshots show setting up the RTP components and operands, configuring the rate with the RTP interface, and generating a billing document with separate line items for on-peak, off-peak consumption and maximum demand.

Scenario

RTP Interface with On /Off Peak Consumption and also

having Max Demand details.
Rate should have different line items for the 3
parameters
On Peak Rate is from 8 AM to 8PM
Off Peak rate is for the rest time period.
Two RTP Components shall be used ,one for on/off
peak & the other for Max Demand.

Important Points

RTP Formula used Copy01 : divides the input

profile(consumption) to output profile (consumption) and
demand.
The RTP Component OnOff divides the consumption
into on and off peak using TOU Groups.
The RTP Component Max Demand controls the
determination of demand.
The input operands 01 are all RTP Operands.
The interval length is 15 mins.
The profile used for input parameter should have some
values.
The RTP operand for Demand has a demand peak of ‘4’.
