Q1. A co-worker is clearly not pulling their weight in the office. They come in late
every day, and push off their tasks and jobs on to other employees. What do you
do?
In such a situation the following things can be done:
1. Figure out how the laziness is impacting your work. This is the most important
thing to keep in the forefront of your mind when dealing with a lazy coworker.
It’s easy to simply get sucked into a vortex of frustration, in which you’re so
irritated by the person’s laziness that you lose clarity about how it impacts you.
2. Talk to your co-worker directly. Some co-workers are so lazy and unmotivated
that talking to them won’t make any difference, because they simply won’t care.
However, in other circumstances, addressing the situation forthrightly can alter
the person’s behavior. If you think your co-worker might not realize the impact
his or her laziness is having on you, or if you think she can be shamed into pulling
her own weight if she’s called out on her behavior, consider having a direct
conversation.
3. Talk to your manager. If the problem is impacting your work, it’s appropriate to
bring your manager into the loop. In fact, you can handle it just like you would
handle any other workload issue.
4. Don’t complain to your boss without talking to your coworker first. As tempting as it is
to rant to your coworkers, it’s also tempting to go running to your boss–particularly if
you know that they think of you as a high performer.
5. Focus on what you can control about the situation. So you’ve tried to adopt your
ask based on your coworkers’ personality, but that doesn’t seem to be working.
It’s true that ultimately, your coworker’s actions aren’t in your control, but your
actions are.
Q2) A co-worker has called in sick. You’ve been assigned to answer their phone.
You start getting calls asking questions you don’t know how to answer. What do
you do?
1. Answer from your own level
When you’re a leader or a manager, you might have a broad understanding of your
team’s work but not its every detail. But when you’re asked a question that’s a few layers
down from your level of responsibility you still need to do more than just say, “Let me
get back to you on that.”
2. Project your answer into the future
If you’re asked for your opinion about a subject you haven’t thought much about, you
might stumble trying to come up with something thoughtful, or worse, say something you
regret that you didn’t mean. In these situations, the key is to think in the moment and then
immediately look forward from there, not backward.
4. Show gratitude for questions you can’t answer
It’s impossible to prepare for every possible question. Nobody’s perfect, and every once
in a while you’re going to be asked a perfectly legitimate question that you unfortunately
can’t answer.
Q3) Prepare your own Curriculum Vitae.

Clerk?
Ans: Following are the questions that can be asked from a candidate for the post of
Admin clerk:
1. Why do you want this admin clerk job?
2. What have you learned from mistakes on the admin clerk job?
3. What challenges are you looking for in this admin clerk position?
4. Describe a typical work week for admin clerk position?
5. What is your biggest weakness?
6. Why should we hire you as admin clerk position?
7. What do you know about our company?

9. Did the salary we offer attract you to this admin clerk job?
10. Do you have any questions to ask us?
Q5) How will you introduce yourself to the new members of the company you have
just joined?
Ans.
1. Find an Opportunity for Introduction
The size and formality of the company can affect how the intro process starts. In a small
company, you might casually meet people when you walk into the office. In a larger
company, you might meet a few people when you arrive.
If your new boss or the person handling your orientation doesn't handle the intros for you,
ask to meet the team. Let the person know you're eager to get to know everyone.
2. Share Information about Yourself
You don't need to tell your whole life story during the intros, but you want to give a little
personal info to help your colleagues get to know you. Come up with a quick elevator
pitch that provides the basics of who you are and what you're doing there. A basic intro
includes your name and new position with the company.
Example:
Good Morning Sir/Ma’am and all my dear colleagues,

Pvt. Ltd.” as a Business development executive on 10 December, 2019. I have Completed
