We have decided to conduct this research to investigate reasons on the answer of them being satisfied or not satisfied with the ATM machines in UITM Segamat 12 Objective Of Study To know whether the students are satisfied with the distance, condition and amount of ATM machines in UITM Segamat Scanned with CamScanner 2.0 Methodolos 2.1 Description Of Data Population Population is the entire group that we wish to study. We have chose to make the Population is all resident students in UiTM Segamat. Sample ‘Sample is a portion or subset of the total group or population of interest. Our group's sample is 30 students from UITM Segamat that lives in Sulok Belingkong. Sampling Technique Sampling technique is the sampling processes that can be done by selecting a sample that can be represent the population as accurate as possible. For our group, we use cluster sampling. It is a method of selecting items which the population is divided into subgroups called cluster. Then clusters are randomly selected and a sample is collected by combining elements from each selected cluster. Scanned with CamScanner © Cluster Sampling ‘The population is all resident students in UITM Segamat. From the population, we have divided the students into 3 sector which are Sector A, Sector B, and Sector C. After that, we chose 3 colleges randomly and got Sulok Belingkong, Baiduri and Si Manja Kini Lastly, we have selected a college at random and got 30 students in Sulok Belingkong as our sample for us to distribute our questionnaires.
