This version is only for AIRLINERS, it has 19 seats and pax door. It hasn’t back cargo door.

This is a special version including “skydive effects”. Only this model has this animation and an ICON
allows execute it.

Caution for 2D panel users

If you like to use 2D panel and not Virtual cockpit, is very important you know the default is
virtual cockpit in FSX and PREPAR3D, for this reason ALL commands are charged in this
panel. If you wish to use 2D panel, to avoid errors you need move to other view where it’s
possible see some part of the virtual cockpit to charge on memory commands or open first VC
before to change to 2D cockpit.

IAS option in Autopilot panel

Some users believe IAS option similar as AUTOTHROTTLE, but this isn’t so, this aircraft
hasn’t it. In this aircraft and other props, IAS is used to computer establish automatically
vertical speed to hold IAS selected or other times IAS current. This advice is published to
avoid again more doubts and frequently questions to our support service notice as issue this
condition.

a. Main panel

1 - Audio panel

The switches in this panel activates sounds for


process as NAV1 and NAV2 when the
frequencies are available and active, DME1,
DME2 when NAV1 or NAV2 VOR has DME
active, ADF frequency is found and MKR when
ILS has makers active.

2.- SIMICONS panels

Simicons included to open MAP, GPS, open doors and


additional panels as OVERHEAD, RADIOS and THROTTLE PANEL. Only SKYDIVE
version has include “Parachutes animation”, this mode open back door and
move skydivers and effects.

4.- Center indicators

b. Overhead panel

1. Fuel control panel, in this panel is located CONDITION FUEL LEVERS. Center lever si a Fuel
pump.
2. Electrical Supplies panel, contains generator indicator for every engine and respective switch.
Essential switch control avionics and MAIN BATTERY open main bus circuit.
3. Engine starting panel, every engine has same procedure: Open fuel lever to full position,
Select respective ENGINE IGNITION and STARTER.
4. Exterior lights, panel and cabin.

c. Throttle panel

This panel contains in the top FLAPS indicator, at left


side FLPAS lever and power lever panel with Propeller
levers to control RPMs

At below you can see the TRIM panel indicator.

d. Anti-icing panel

This panel contains switches to activate PITOT HEAT in side PORT, STRCUTURAL ANTI ICE in
STB’D area and ENGINE ANTI ICE for every one with ENGINE INTAKE.

10. SIMICONS Everyone opens a panel or function from cockpit or virtual cockpit. Select
to open GROUND SERVICE panel. Click over every option to open baggage door
or appear ground service items. This option allows to you select what service need you
if you have addons in your FS with ground service.

11. Autopilot guidance flight panel.

This panel has an alert display in the top and there is indicated the service active. This panel
allows following services:

HDG: Heading navigation


NAV: Navigation VOR or GPS
APPR: Approach (glide slope) system active – Please take in account this airplane hasn’t
AUTOLAND, use only until 3NM before to landing and continue manually.
B/C: Back course active
CLM: Climb system, it set vertical speed over 900 fpm to climb. You may up using PITCH
selector (see Throttle panel, autopilot main panel)
ALT: Hold altitude, this option maintain current altitude
ALT SEL: Use with VS or IAS to climb or descent. Automatically it will be change to ALT when
the altitude is reached.
VS: Vertical speed is used to climb or descent.
IAS: Current airspeed is used to climb or descent, the system will establish pitch needed.
DSC: Descent system, it set -900 fpm automatically. You may down using PITCH selector
(see Throttle panel, autopilot main panel)

12. Attitude indicator.

HOW INSERT OR DELETE POINTS IN THE FMS

Is very easy:

Just click in the button at right side (-) on the line where you need insert the point. Next you set the fix
point using the FMS keyboard. If the point exists, it will be showed, just select type of point: Airport,
Fix, VOR, NDB, etc. The navigation point will be inserting. If you need DELETE, click the button at
right side of the NAV POINT and press DEL button in the FMS keyboard.

b. Overhead

1. Anti-icing panel

This panel contains switches to activate anti-icing system, pitot heat switch is located below and right
area called PITOT/STATIC/STALL. Two switches open PITOT HEAT. Engines and propellers is upon
(intakes and propellers) and structural anti-ice switches located in WINGS AND TAIL.

3. Fuel panel

This panel is composed by indicators of two fuel tanks, booster


pumps located in left switch (engine 1) and right switch (engine 2).

If you need activate the FUEL PUMPS, click in virtual cockpit in the
top the fuel lever the engine you wish.

4. Engine starter panel

Reserve power, taken from GPU and saved (similar as APU


for FS purpose), arm it to generate power extension.

This panel contains switches for external lights, advisory cabin (Seat belts and no smoking) and panel and cabin lights.

c. Throttle panel

This panel contains three class of levers:

POWER LEVERS at left side, PROPELLER LEVERS (Control of RPM


engines) and CONDITION FUEL LEVER.

It’s very important you understand this airplane need set levers
according to procedure: Starting engines, taxiing, take off,
climbing or cruise flight. Normally other props airplanes use
this part automatic or with an engine rating panel settings,
however this airplane needs you adjust manually settings to
reduce RPM and avoid engine damages.

AUTOPILOT MAIN PANEL

This panel contains MAINE AUTOPILOT panel. Here you activate


autopilot and flight guidance previously set in AUTOPILOT
GUIDANCE FLIGHT PANEL (See upon in main panel).

Here you can activate YAW DUMPER function, AUTOPILOT


system and up or down vertical speed using PITCH knob.

Finally here is located FLAPS lever and TRIM indicator panel.

d. Left panel (Hydraulic and doors alerts)

At left side (Captain Side) is located HYDRAULIC SERVICES panel and AUDIO panel. The
SIMICONS allows to open these panels but if you select LEFT arrow in Simicon it will open
HYDRAULIC and DOORS / TEST PANEL.

This panel needs you open all time hydraulic system manually. If you forgot this part, don’t worry, for
our model is only “dummy” to avoid errors while your flight, however if you follow checklist this part is
indicated there. Hydraulic services panel need only open switch pumps (left and right) and verify
levels in the indicators, not more. In the DOORS alert panel is only operative alerts when any door is
open, other switches aren’t operative to test.

In the virtual cockpit, hydraulic service panel is located at LEFT side, and DOORS alert is at right side
(FO area).

e. Right panel (Audio panel and Air conditioning)

This panel contains this part,


located in virtual cockpit at right
side, near to First officer seat.

Audio panel is located to at left


side to Captain in virtual cockpit,
but if you open using SIMICONS,
with down arrow, this panel will
appear so.

Audio panel has operative only


audio (sound) switches for NAVs,
DME, ADF and MKRS.

With respect to air conditioning


panel this is complete operative
and it may generate alerts as
overheat flow, indicated with red

led. If the airplane is on ground with engines off, it’s very important open switch MAIN FAN and GROUND AIR and ANTIFOG
button must be OFF. When the engines are started, open ANTIFOG and GASPER FANS with the other switches and maintain
control of temperature in cabin. If the temperature is over 70°F, two red light located at end of the flow, will be ON. The
red light in DUCT LOW PRESSURE appears when the engines are OFF and duct is closed in AUTOFOG button.

Procedures
a.- Start engines

Click on in RESERVE POWER switch to avoid low power failures and move START MASTER bar
to ARMED.

Select IGNITION switch of engine 2 to position ARM, the red light will be ON if all is ok.

Now select START SWITCH and the red light located over switch will be ON while the engine is
starting.

Verify the NH percent is on 12% and move FUEL CONDITION LEVER to START and
PROPELLER LEVER to FTHR.

To follow an easy procedure, open THROTTLE PANEL
with SIMICON and move there levers as is indicated at
left image.

Important: Don’t forget apply PARKING BRAKES before


to start engines!

Ignition and Start switches will return to OFF position


automatically, however it’s possible when exist failures,
this not happen, please move manually. Finally follow
same steps to start engine 1 and ready.

b.- Taxiing

To control speed while taxiing on ground, you shall set first the FLIGHT CONTROL LOCK LEVER
to avoid increase speed while taxiing. Just move to GROUND position.

You may set this bar in virtual


cockpit or 2d panel opening with
simicon respective. To move it just
click on the bar (Virtual cockpit) or
over support area in 2D panel.

Don’t forget move again to AIR


position to allows move full power
throttle. We suggest to you set
levers as We indicated in the left
image before to taxi to runway. This
allows to you to control the speed
on ground.

c.- Take off

Before to take off move FLIGHT CONTROL LOCK LEVER to AIR position and set levers as we
indicated in the next image, the yellow circles indicate the FLIGHT CONTROL LOCK LEVER and
moving to AIR position. Obviously don’t forget set flaps minimum to 15°.
