CHAPTER 5

The study determined the effectiveness of implementation of a new safety


program of H.P. Binondo Builders from the current safety program. The gathered
information which is accident reports of current safety program from 2014 to 2019
and the survey and site observation of new safety program from October 25 to
November 25 be analysed for the basis of the said program.

Summary of Findings

1. According to general manager Henly Binondo, accidents in their workplace


are the direct result of employees who do not follow safety precautions and
safety programs, despite the nature of their job.
2. Based on the datas of accident reports gathered from current safety program,
2019 was the year that the accident reports got. It means that the current
safety program was the problem of the HP Binondo Builders because of not
implementing it well to their employees and they did not aware of what
hazards on the construction site will encounter.
3. Based on the survey conducted from implemented new safety program, most
employees of HP Binondo Builders got 27% of the age ranges 18 to 25 years
old from the employees of 26 employees working on construction site.

Conclusion
Recomendation

The researchers recommend , for the future researchers who will conduct the similar
study, the following:

1. To minimize the accidents, implement well the safety program to the employees so that
they are aware of what will happen in the workplace.
2. Discuss the to the employees the different hazards see on the construction site.
3. Conducting of training is a must for the employees to start their work on the construction
site.
