1. Your program course area on the LMS;
2. A teacher account; and
3. Student accounts;
YOU MUST be able to demonstrate how to provide learner/ technical support.
Supplies/Materials :
Equipment : Gadgets hooked with the internet, audio and video
Steps/Procedure:
1. Check internet connection, audio and video.
2. Using any webinar app, Invite learners online.
3. Monitor the attendance of participants.
4. Share your screen for the demonstration.
5. Demonstrate how to enroll students:
a. Enroll 3 students manually;
b. Edit setting to allow self-enrollment;
c. Check whether students are enrolled
6. Demonstrate how to provide technical support to students including the
following:
a. Create a technical/ learner support forum.
b. Start a discussion and post the details on how the students can avail
technical/learner support.
c. Provide the username and password to one student account and
instruct the learner to login and enroll through self-enrolment.
d. Instruct the learner to answer/post a discussion forum.
7. Record the webinar.
8. Close the webinar
