TERMS & CONDITIONS
● The prices for any additional commercially licensed software except mentioned
in the proposal, any additional hardware or modifications that may be required
will be extra & they would be billed to client at actual if required.
● Any addition to Scope of work and customization to the website after the
initial agreement is signed would be charged extra & the cost of that would
depend upon the estimate of the desired changes in the scope of work.
● Support via email and phone.
● Current status of the websites (link popularity, Google, MSN and Yahoo
caching, link saturation, competitors report) will be sent after finalizing the
contract.
● The contract duration is for Six Months Minimum.
● We promote your website only by ethical methods. We neither use nor endorse
techniques that might be labeled Spam.
● Any suggested Changes in HTML code and redesigning will have to be
implemented by the client as soon as possible.
● Search Engines may change their criteria of selection without any prior notice.
We are not responsible for the resultant effect on Search Engine Rankings.
● If changes of any kind (Design, Content, URLs, Coding, etc) are made to the
website without our knowledge or if the website and web pages are not
functional, we would not be liable for the loss of rankings thereby.
● The charges for development (if done) will be extra.
