This quantity will be dispatched to various Regional Head Quarters (RHQs) of NTPC Limited by Service Provider on freight paid basis. Quantity to be dispatched to various RHQs will be intimated by Corporate Medical Cell of NIPC Limited, turther distribution of these kits from RHQs to different sites will be done by respective RH. Asa special case for NTPC Ltd., in case if the patient is discharged from this package because of worsening of symptoms/ parameters within any of the 14 days of package duration, on account of shifting to Hospital/Facility outside the Home, an amount equivalent to 50% of Unutilized services (pro rata rate of service i INR 600/- per day) will be refunded. b. As Isolation Kit is non-returnable, no refunds shall be made for this irrespective of the days of discharge, 6. Taxes The tariff as quoted for Services & kit is inclusive of GST wherever applicable. However, in case of any change in the scope/rate during period of execution, it shall be notified to NTPC in advance & revised rate of GST will be applicable. _. 7. Non Satisfactory Performance In case of any un-satisfactory service provided to any staff resulting in deterioration of the condition of the patient, 100% of the unutilized services amount will be refunded. However, certification of unsatisfactory services will be endorsed by the Chief Medical Officer of NTPC Corporate Centre.
