Security team in Warsaw, established in
2015, is growing and expanding global capabilities to protect PepsiCo and enable the
business securely.
That is why we are looking for cyber security professional to join our very exciting journey to manage
cyber security risks for PepsiCo and all our partners around the world:
SAP Security Senior Analyst
The position is a hands-on role that would be responsible for implementing continuous improvement
initiatives, evaluating risks as it relates for SAP Security.
As Senior Analyst you will be responsible for:
1. Management of the SAP security standards, providing direction and technical assistance to
IT teams, control teams and key business users. Execution of the quarterly SOX reviews
Facilitating role change activities including providing assistance/ guidance to
functional/ technical teams
Define and maintain SAP security standards
Monitor the security design for Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance (SOX), including
Segregation of Duties (SoD) and business/ technical sensitive transactions
Work with SAP Security Governance team to evaluate business risks associated with
security design and make design decisions that address those risks through cross-
team security ticket process
Provide recommendations on ways to simplify/ streamline existing processes and
controls to gain productivity
2. Manages the execution of SAP Security reporting approach and adoption, including risk
assessment processes, continuous monitoring, training and reporting
Train users in IT processes and procedures; provide assistance during external and
internal audits
Lead workshops and team discussions in SAP security
Integrate security governance within overall control environment, lead change and
sustain activities with the impacted parties
Interaction with audit, risk, and control personnel to explain and evaluate the structure
and design of security processes
Plan, communicate and coordinate key control (e.g., SOX) activities such as the
quarterly related IT application control reporting
3. Manage internal/ externa l audit relationships to maintain a positive outlook on the progression
of SAP Security processes
Work with Controls Governance and IT teams to ensure holistic approach is taken to
remediate Corporate Audit findings
Train users in IT processes and procedures; provide assistance during external
and internal audits
Interaction with audit, risk and quality personnel to explain and evaluate the structure
and design of security processes

To qualify for the role you must have as minimum:
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in implementing SAP Security and Controls
Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations
Broad understanding of Sarbanes Oxley compliance and COSO framework. Familiarity with
audit, business controls, and segregation of duties is a plus
Deep understanding of principles of risk and control processes in general and general
understanding of business and IT process areas within the PepsiCo (e.g. Supply Chain, Finance,
Go-To-Market)
Possess extensive knowledge about the SAP authorization concept and prior experience
in security role design and SOD mitigation
Knowledge of SAP ECC, BI, CRM, XI, HANA, GRC
Preferred skills:
Ability to lead complex design decisions for Technology amongst (often) competing priorities
Ability to plan and organize development work and recreate deliverables
Ability to present and defend design decisions across functional areas
Possess good decision making skills and must have excellent communication skills
Need to have organizational skills and be capable of multi-tasking
Excellent focus in the building of security policies and procedures and collaborating with
various business partners
Understand and effectively navigate within PepsiCo IT structure/ network to drive complex
agenda
Ability to work in a fast paced matrixed, global and virtual organization
