CODICIL
I, JOHN Y. DEPP, Filipino, of legal age, single, residing at Tigkan,
Naujan, Oriental Mindoro and being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
and not acting under duress, nor the influence of fear or threats, nor undue and
improper pressure and influence of any person whatsoever, declare this to be a
codicil to my will dated March 15, 2020;
WHEREAS, by my said will, I appointed MARK Z. GUTIERREZ to be
the executor of said will;
WHEREAS, by virtue of said appointment, said Mark Z. Gutierrez will be
obliged to reside in the said country of Denmark for which reason he has
manifested to me his incapacity to act as my executor;
NOW THEREFORE, I hereby revoke the appointment of said Mark Z.
Gutierrez as executor of my said will, and I appoint CORONA X. COVID to be
the sole executor of said will in place of said Mark Z. Gutierrez. I declare that my
said will shall be construed and interpreted as if the name of Corona X. Covid was
there originally written instead of that of Mark Z. Gutierrez.
In all other respects, I confirm my said will and testament.
ATTESTATION CLAUSE
On the date last above written, JOHN Y. DEPP, known to us to be the
person whose signature appears at the end of this codicil, declared to us, the
undersigned, that the foregoing instrument, consisting of two (2) pages, including
the page on which we have signed as witnesses, was first page such as codicil to
his will dated March 15, 2020. He then signed the codicil in our presence and, at
his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other, we now sign our
names as witnesses.
