PROJECT OBJECTIVE:
ESS) is mobile app [Hybrid – iOS & Android] that provide employees with access to their
personal records and allowing employees to change their own contact details. Also allows
administrative tasks like applying for a leave, requesting for advance/payment, viewing of
approved application.

As part of organization’s vision, it is desired that the “Employee self-services” for the
employees be made accessible anywhere-anytime in a convenient and user-friendly manner.
This is envisioned to empower employees and help improve productivity and employee
satisfaction.
Need sign-up page and once sign-up a record would be added in db with Inactive status.
Admin will Active the user.

User Type: 3 (Organization, Manager, Employee)

Solution Outline
Employee Self Service (ESS) App required by organization to enable workforce on the move. It
requires per-approved login authentication generated and shared by the organization.

It enables employees to view their personal details, update their profile, Sign In, Sign Out,
Apply Leave Application, Advances/Salary Application to the Manager.
The employee will receive notification email or on their mobile about the result of the request.
