Introduction of ISO 9001

ISO is “International organization for standardization ”


Its Head Quarter is at Geneva, Switzerland. ISO is a worldwide federation of
national standards bodies. The work of preparing International Standards is
normally carried out through ISO technical committees.

ISO 9001 is a Standard of Quality


Management System. This is revised on the
basis of organization requirements. Last
revision of ISO 9001 Standard in Sept. 2015

In which case the vendor check the all parts and verify the ok Quality and his standard.

3. IQC (Incoming Quality Control) Department Check

This department in Daikin check the Quality of Receiving parts which coming from vendor and
also IQC decide Parts is OK or NG

4. Production Line Check and Audits

This department in Daikin check the Quality of products during in process, while production at
line and also decide product are as per requirements or not.
