1. Reference: Spot report re-Robbery Incident dated February 2, 2019 with
subject same as above.
2. In connection with the above reference, at around 8:00 A.M of February 23,
2019, personnel of this office arrested Manny Magnana y Kaw, 26 y/o, single, gasoline
attendant at his house located at Brgy. Consolacion, Agoo, La Union during the conduct
of manhunt operation.
3. Furthermore, at around 11:00 A.M of the same date, above-identified suspect
was personally charged before the office of Hon. Jose A. Agkurad, Associate Provincial
Prosecutor, Agoo, La Union for the crime of Robbery docketed under no I-02b-INQ-18A-
00031.

SUBJECT : Spot Report re-Robbery Incident
DATE : February 2, 2019
1. At around 5:00 A.M. of February 2, 2019, PCpl Melvin E Mendoza and PCpl
Mala E. Tuba responded to a reported Robbery incident called thru phone by one Jose
Umanisbo y Tangad, 27 y/o, married, resident of Brgy. Sta. Barbara, Agoo, La Union
and the owner of Shell Gasoline Station located at the same Barangay with Grid
Coordinate Lat: 16.635011, Long: 120.312750. (Indicate briefly the date/time, and place of
occurrence)
2. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that at around 4:50 A.M on the same
date, Jose Uminanisbo arrived at Shell Gasoline Station to open said establishment,
therein he noticed that the window glass and door of the cashier were already broken
and destroyed. Furthermore, the lock of the drawer inside the cashier was also
destroyed and that the belt bag that was kept inside the said drawer containing cash
amounting to more or less one hundred sixty thousand pesos (Php 160,000) is missing.

3. The CCTV camera installed in the establishment reviewed by the responding
personnel together with the owner revealed that at around 1:00 A.M of the same date,
the suspect identified by the owner as Manny Magnana y Kaw, 26 y/o, single, gasoline
attendant of said business establishment and a resident of Brgy. Consolacion, Agoo, La
Union. The suspect with the use of a crowbar forcibly destroyed the door and broke the
window glass of the cashier of the said establishment to gain entry, took the belt bag
containing above-said amount of cash and left the area with the use of a colored red
motorcycle w/o plate number. (Other facts)
4. Manhunt operation against the suspect is being conducted by personnel of this
