Manufacturing

Filament Winding
• Resin-impregnated glass fibers are wound onto a
mandrel in a predetermined pattern under
controlled tension
• Repeated passes create a strong layered wall of the
desired thickness
• This process produces a pipe that is at least 75%
glass reinforced for optimum internal pressure
capability
• Internal pressure rating as high as 250bars psi can be
achieved
