The MBRS190TRPbF, MBRS1100TRPbF surface-mount
Characteristics Value Units Schottky rectifier has been designed for applications requir-
ing low forward drop and very small foot prints on PC boards.

supplies, converters, free-wheeling diodes, battery charging,
VRRM 90 - 100 V and reverse battery protection.
