Gameplay
1. Each
team

1

per
half.
One
time-‐out
is
given
per
team
in
the
overtime

Time-‐outs
are
30
seconds
long
each.
2. The

throw-‐ins
in
the
back-‐court
on

call
and
during
stop-‐
time
situations.
All
other
times,
teams
are
allowed
to
inbound
the
ball
from
the
spot
closest
to
where
the
ball
went
out,
as
soon
as
they
gain
control
of
the
ball.
3. Free
substitution
can
occur
anytime
except
on
free
throws
as
long
as
playing
time
is
not

in/out
at

designated
bench
area.
Consistent
violation

ball
whenever
it
is
sent
out
of
play,
and
ten
seconds
to

court.
6. A
possession
arrow
will

who
gets
possession
of
each
jump

and

possession
of
the
ball
at
the

of
the
second
half.
For
example,
if
Team
A
wins
the

arrow
will
point
to
Team
B
and
Team
B
will
get
possession
of
the
ball
when
the
next
jump
ball
is
called
(or
at
half
time
if
no
jump
ball
is
called
in
the
half).
The
possession
arrow
will
then
point
to
Team
A,
who
will
get
possession
of
the
next
jump
ball,
and
so
on.
7. The
following
offensive
violations
will
also
award
the

ball:

illegal
screen
(moving
screen)

safety
reasons,
the
following
will
be
in
effect
in
regards
to
saving
a
ball
from
out
of
bounds:
-‐
Any
save
attempt
made
blindly
(i.e.
referee
believes
that
player
is
unaware
of
surroundings)
the
ball
will
be
considered
out
of
bounds
regardless
of
the
save
attempt.
·
No
save
attempts
are
to
be
made
intentionally
off
an
opposing
player.
Any
such
actions
will
result
in
the
ball
being
called
out
of
bounds.
·
Players
are
permitted
to
intentionally
save
to
a
team
mate,
to
an
open
area
of
the
court
(if
deemed
intentional
by

out.

March
1st
2011.

by
the

if
further

is
necessary.
These
rules
are
