EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 1

WHEREAS, the Barangay Inventory and Appraisal Committee needs to be organized in order to
include the mandatory members;
WHEREAS, the committee shall appraise all Barangay Properties including buildings, land,
machineries and supplies;
THEREFORE, I, FERMIN S. SARINAS, Punong Barangay of Barangay Bungro, by virtue of the
power vested in me by law, do hereby order:
SECTION 1. Composition of Barangay Inventory and Appraisal Committee. The Barangay
Inventory and Appraisal Committee shall composed the following members:
Chairman: FERMIN S. SARINAS Punong Barangay
Members: APRIL JOY S. HIDALGO Barangay Treasurer
REYDANTE SARINAS SBM, Chair. Comm. On Appropriation

SECTION 2. Duties and Functions. The Barangay Inventory and Appraisal Committee shall be
responsible to determine the appraised value of all Barangay Property in case they will be disposed.
SECTION 3. Effectivity. The Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
Let copies of this Executive Order be disseminated to all concerned.

RESOLUTION NO. 12

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CONDEMNATION OF OLD PROPERTIES OF THE BARANGAY.
WHEREAS, the Barangay Council had purchased properties for the barangay;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Council granted the request coming from 20% Barangay Development
Fund and 5% BDRRM Fund;
WHEREAS, recognizing the said purchase properties of the Barangay cause malfunctions
resorting to unserviceable properties;
WHEREFORE, motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member REYDANTE SARINAS and
unanimously seconded by the body to condemn the old properties of Barangay Bungro;
MODE DISPODAL, sale thru negotiation because of COVID-19 pandemic;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of the resolution be furnished to all offices/ agencies
concerned in the municipality and Commission on Audit for their information, reference and thanking them
for their favorable action.

I, FERMIN S. SARINAS, Punong Barangay of Barangay Bungro, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur by virtue of the
powers vested in me by law, do hereby order the organization of the Barangay Auction and Disposal
Committee of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur:
SECTION I. COMPOSITION. The Barangay Auction and Disposal Committee shall be organized as
