Delta Grid Power System Corporation provided a progress report to Therma Power Visayas Inc. on work replacing the power transformer at Naga Oil-Fired Power Plant. Fourteen personnel worked from 8:30am to 7pm continuing hot oil circulation for the new unit, restoring the water deluge system and perimeter fence, and replacing the lightning arrester grounding cable. Touch up painting of the perimeter fence, water deluge, and transformer foundation was scheduled for the next day. An update on project completion percentages showed installation of the new transformer was 40% complete with oil purification ongoing and restoration works continuing.
