Verification of Readiness for Rig SIMOPS operations

1.1 Carry out SIMOPS risk assessment review (see attached worksheet example)
1.2 Identify critical activities which could result in hazards to people and the
environment.
1.3 Identify key functions to be carried out (who, what, when, how)
1.3 Identify key personnel and their responsibilities for these tasks
1.4 Review competency requirements and assess individual personnel
1.5 Select safety-critical operations and carry out risk assessment of procedures
to identify appropriate control measures
1.6 Incorporate control measures into rig operations manual/SIMOPS protocol.
