Create a dialogue (phraseologies) on how to handle reservation enquiry and reservation.

(Phone rings)
Receptionist: Good morning, Sprikitik Hotel, this is Mars, how may I help you?
Guest: Hi, I would like to have a reservation please.
R: Okay sir, may I know your name please?
G: This is Cardo Dalisay and please include my wife alyana dalisay for the set of payment.
R: Okay sir may I know the date and time of your arrival?
G: We’ll be there on April 21, at exactly 7 am.
R: Okay Sir, what type of room would you like me to offer?
G: What type of room are you offering?
R: We have a -Single Room with a price of Php 1,799 per night -Double Room with a price of Php
2,799 per night. -Queen Room for the price of Php 4,500 per night. -King Room for the price of Php
5,000 per night.
G: Okay, I'll go with the Double room please.
R: Okay Sir, please wait for a while and I'll just check if there is still available double room ma’am.
Just a couple of minute ma’am
R C: I'm sorry sir, but the Double Room is fully booked, why don't you try the Queen's Room or the
king’s room instead?
G: Okay, how much is the Queen's Room?
R: 4,500 per night sir.
G: Okay, give us that instead.
R C: Okay sir, the Queen room has a nice and relaxing atmosphere. It has also a veranda that gives
you the sea view. And a set of coffee table in it for you to relax and sit.
G: Okay, that’s good to hear.
R: How long will you be staying?
G: We will be staying there for 7 days.
R: Okay sir, can you give me your address and your phone number in case of emergency.
G: My address is Bagay, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan and my phone number is 09351271381
R: Okay sir, may I just repeat your number. 09351271381, is that correct ma’am?
G: Yes
R C: How would you like to pay your bill sir?
G: We will be paying thru cash
R C: Okay sir, let me repeat your reservation. You will arrive here on April 21, 2021 at 7 am In the
name of Mr. Cardo Dalisay and Mrs. Alyana Dalisay, and your preferred room is the Queen's Room
with the price of 4,500 per night for five days and you are going to pay it on cash. Did I state that
correctly sir?
G: Yes, thank you
R C: Okay sir, thank you for choosing Sprikitik HOTEL, we're happy to welcome you, good day!
