Subject: Favour Request for upcoming Fundraising Event

Dear Canmuir Industries Employees,


I am writing to ask for your support in the upcoming fundraising event for the golf tournament.
Giving back to society is our duty, and a big part of it is fundraising for worthy causes. As you
all know, every year our company organises a fundraising event and last year, with your help,
our company was able to raise more than $50,000 for research and educational programs.

This year the Organization is planning a fundraiser event for a golf tournament, the proceeds of
which will go to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Northland Golf and Country Club hosts the
event. There will be a draw to win lessons with a golf pro, special promotional kiosks, and a
putting competition, followed by a four-course meal, in addition to a day golfing on the award-
winning links.

I have received sponsorship from local retailers who donated goods to be sold at kiosks at every
18 holes course. I'm seeking workplace help from our organization's 36 dedicated individuals to
operate the kiosks from 10 am to 4 pm on the day of the event. Aid may be attested by means of
a company letter that I will provide upon acceptance. This will help with further creation of
leadership and a new expanded network that will contribute to opportunities for growth and
synergies for those involved.

I look forward to working together to make this event a big success and I'm making sure that
your participation in this event will lead you to expand in the company's future activities.
