MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court today addresses the "Government's Ex Parte

Submission of Reauthorization Certifications and Related Procedures, Ex Parte Submission of

Amended Certifications, and Request for an Order Approving Such Certifications and Amended

Certifications," filed on October 19, 2020 ("October 19, 2020, Submission"). This Submission is

subject to review under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) as

amended, codified at 50 U.S.C. § 1881a. The government's request for approval of the

certifications and related procedures is granted for the reasons stated in this Memorandum
