For the new product line, one product executive was
urgently required. Job specification for the position are
as follows:
Job requires complex information processing, learning,

initiative and independent action. As Herbolina
corporation had a flat organizational structure. So, they
need such product line executive who can manage and
coordinate on his own.

Mr. Raj Sharma:

which helped him in previous jobs.

vast experience in this field. Herbolina Corporation
needs such employee who can make decisions on
his own and gets the best out of their employees

On the other hand, Mr. Harish Dwivedi is
inexperienced and also failed in his projects in the
previous company. He is only concerned with the

routine task and doesn’t challenge himself in other
tasks.
Mr. Robert Shaw should go with Mr. Raj Sharma
because of his experience, track record and his
ability to coordinate his pears well to get the best
out of them.
