How does performance task 1 on knowing the school’s profile connect to the Philippine
Professional Standards for teachers?

Knowing school’s profile connect to the Philippine Professionals Standards for Teachers by both having a set of standards. This sets of standards
makes explicit what teachers should know, be able to do and value to achieve competence, improved student learning outcomes and eventually
quality of education. The teacher will teach a particular subject and fulfill a variety of assignments. Knowing the school’s profile will give them
an idea on how to make teaching and learning process effective.

How does the school’s profile connect to your learning as a teaching intern?

As a teaching intern, school’s profile connects to my learning by giving me a lot of knowledge about the ways on how to
become a better teacher, on how to maintain harmony and unity inside my classroom and how to handle diverse learners.
School’s profiles also serves as a guide or standard on how I work on my teaching profession.

What is the impact of knowing the school’s information on student learning?

Schools can potentially lift student achievement by improving their learning environments. Students would do better
when they learn in positive environments. School’s environments must be conducive to learning and academic
performance. School’s information can affect students’ learning by either lifting their knowledge up or making it at worst.

Performance Task 2
Complete the Structured frame.

How can you concretize the school’s vision, mission, goals and expected graduate
attributes in your lesson?

I can concretize the school’s VMG by giving the quality of education that is essential to the development of the learners.

I will help the school to provide the students an environment that is conducive, stable, caring, inspiring and satisfying

for learning. I will make sure that my lessons and activities are associated with HOTS that will nurture my learners’

strengths, potentials and interest in the learning process, progress continuously, and establish themselves intellectually

and morally. I will work together with the school to uplift the educational system and enhance the quality of education

for the benefit of every student.
