the officer view and upload the responses in PDF format. Here the personalised notification view

3. HO Admin Panel:
In the Directorate, to circulate the issued notifications, multiple logins of computer operators are
available. During the notification upload the computer operator select the officer/s concerned.
Once the notification uploaded is complete, an auto generated email notification is sent to all
the respective officers. To manage huge number of response, the operator will have an option to
archive old notifications & responses.

IV. Intimation of Fund disbursement is also communicated through this application.
