Conclusion
In conclusion, for the proposed structure element in order to improve the structure stability on
the case study building we decide to replace the main structure of the building such as Beam,
Column, Wall, and roof with the best approach main structure. For the first structure that we
propose is steel beam. Steel beam structure is a popular construction material nowadays that
were utilized in all type of the building because the steel beam designed to withstand the
heavy loads of the building. The steel beam is available in a variety of forms and sizes, and it
is employed according to the structure's needs. The steel beam element is extremely durable
because of the steel beam has a high strength-to-weight ratio. It can sustain more force
without cracking than an equal quantity of wood or stone.
Other than that, rectangle column is the one of the best approaches to improve the structure
stability on the case study because of the shape of the column easier to construct and design
than other column and can reduce the cost of construction. This type of column was more
convenience of shuttering and supporting the building from collapsing according to pressure
while the concrete is still in flowable state.
Furthermore, the best approach for wall structure element that will be implement at case
study is gypsum board. Gypsum board is extensively used nowadays due to its many
advantages, including its adaptability, ease of repair, speed of installation, smooth ready
surface, recyclable nature, energy efficiency, fire resistance, sound insulation, moisture and
mould resistance.
Next, the best approach for roof structure element that will be implement at case study is hip
roof. The hip roofs can use wind pressure to keep the structure in place due to its slope design
that can experiences a stalling effect when the wind passes over the roof of a steep slope with
a hipped design. The hip roofs also can provide a stable option for most structures. The
inward slope on all four sides of the structure contributes to this advantage. This design
element serves to solidify the outside while also increasing the exterior's resistance to wind
and rain
