Employer: Hello good morning, welcome to our company MSTIC S.A.S How are you
doing today?

Candidate: ¿Very good thank you very much and you?

Employer: I am very well thank you very much.

Employer: What is your name and age?

Candidate: My name is Marcos Diaz Angarita and I am 30 Years Old

Employer: Very good Sir, Marcos Diaz Angarita, tell me what you know about our
company, and why would you like to be part of it?

Candidate: It is a company that provides services in the use of new technologies, in


addition it is one of the best companies at the national level, with a wide experience
and with a great human sense, I would like to be part of your company because I
think I could grow as a great professional.

Employer: What is your experience in the vacancy, regarding the position of


programmer?

Candidate: I have worked more than 10 years as a programmer in different


companies in the country.

Employer: What is your marital status, are you married, single, with a child?

Candidate: If I am married with a 5-year-old son.

Employer: What studies have you taken?

Candidate: I am a systems engineer, graduated from the University of Pamplona, I


have also carried out complementary studies at the Sena, two years ago I graduated
as a technologist in multimedia production.
Employer: Do you have a driver's license?

Candidate: Yes, I have a car and motorcycle driving license

Employer: Thank you very much Mr. Marcos Diaz Angarita, for your time, we will be
evaluating your resume and in a few days we will communicate the final result.

Candidate: thank you very much and have a happy day
