Abstract

To develop a software and android application that will maintain all the patients
accounts, it will keep all the tracks of the patients history, previous appointments and
all the other paper/file work. Scheduling the services of specialized doctors and
emergency properly so that facilities provide by system are fully utilized in effective
manner. Patient scheduling would be done automatically by the software depending
on the doctors availability. Doctors will be allotted automatically to the patient.
We want to keep the data of the patient safe for that purposes the patients
information/history would be stored in a distributed environment which means that
backup of the patient would be stored in different database present somewhere else in
the world. The software uses machine learning algorithms to determine the best
medicine for the patient for a particular disease.

Introduction
This application will maintain all the patients accounts,previous appointments and all
the other paper/file work.This project is aimed to develop to maintain the day to day
state of admission/discharge of patients,list of patients reports generation.
Features:
The software uses machine learning algorithms to determine the best medicine for the
patient for a particular disease.
Scheduling the appointments of patients with doctors to make it convenient for both.
Scheduling the services of specialized doctors and emergency properly so that
facilities provided by hospital are fully utilize in effective manner.
Biometric entry system to keep the patients record secure, moreover if someone loses
his/her fingerprints administration will provide another way to retrieve the record by
registering their vehicles number individually.

Problem Statement

Normally, the people or the authorities use paper files to keep the record, they also
keep track of the medicine in that record, in emergency situations we can not go and
find those files to treat the patient. So we are solving the problem by automation and
we are also suggesting the best medicine for the patient for the recurring disease.

Project Scope

To install the software system nation-wide but initially the implementation would be
done in the lab and would be shown to the respected supervisor. We will simulate the
environment of he hospital for the practical demonstration.

Project Methodology

We are following the waterfall methodology which is continuous development and


testing at the end of the development. This would result in better development work
flow. Using keras, tensorflow machine learning libraries to implement the medicine
recommendation system of the software.

Milestones And Deliverable

A standalone system software and an android application to be delivered as the final


product to the client.
