Each group will use one GREEN clear book to compile the contents of the narrative
report. Each transparent sheet of the clear book will contain only two pages (back to
back) of your narrative report except for the written lesson plan.

Addendum:

- Visual aids must be organized and inserted according to the order of


interactive lesson and interactive activities.
- Visual aids that are made of small strips of paper should be organized in a
small envelope.
- As you fold your visual aids and insert them in your clear book, make sure
that you paste a caption/title/label as to what the visual aid is all about.
