Scenario:

Xcel Hub's owner Roxanne Lineses is looking for a Virtual Assistant who will help her
create engaging Canva Facebook Designs that will provide information about Virtual
Assistance, Promotion of Courses and Motivational short clips. Problem being
encountered by the owner is having to get online 7am and 7pm daily just to post
content. Will encode possible leads in Hubspot too to keep records of people inquiring
about services.

Cover Letter:

Good Day, Roxanne!


My name is Mario Antonio and I am a Social Media Manager. I have experiences on
managing different social media platforms and creating graphics and written content.

I fully understand your problem and I can very much help you with the following
strategies:
1. Beginning of every month, we’ll conceptualize what to post for the entire month.
We’ll plan contents for 30 days and schedule those postings using Hootsuite or
whatever scheduling app you’re comfortable using as well.
2. After doing so, the free time available will be devoted for the development of
another content for the next 30 days. Aside from content creation, time will also
be allotted to answering your customers’ queries and comments to increase your
engagement with your audience.
3. Social media engagement can be tricky. If possible, at least once a week, we’ll
boost some of your contents to increase your business’ engagement with the
market thereby increasing your sales. This might cost you some money but there
will be a significant increase on your profit as well. More engagement, more
income coming.
4. Traffic will substantially increase in your page thus your leads will increase as
well. It can be overwhelming in your part but don’t worry, I’m very much skilled
when it comes with the usage of Hubspot. I can help you message those leads
and retarget them as well.

I also attached sample contents patterned on what I saw on your Facebook page. If you
have a particular design in mind, we can further discuss those details once I’m part of
