The purpose of this contract is:
To establish that the contract has been entered into with the mutual consent of both
parties.
Explain the responsibilities and duties of both the Lord and the slave
Define safewords and how they are used
Define the use of punishment
Achieve better communication between Lord and slave
This contract is by no means legally binding, and is intended to help better understand the
needs, duties and responsibilities of the Lord and the slave.
I, from today, will be titled as a slave. I enter into this contract out of desire and of my own
free will. I am in good health and I have not been pressed to sign the contract. I offer myself
as a slave to ______________________________________, which I will always call the
Master.
The contract is valid from .___________ and expires on .____________. Before the contract
is concluded, a thorough negotiation, communication and rewriting was made in full
agreement and understanding of the Master and the slave. When the contract expires, the
contract can be extended and / or renegotiated.
The terms of the contract
The slave agrees to obey the Lord to the best of his ability. She will dedicate her body and
mind to the enjoyment and fantasies of her Lord. She waives all rights to her own
enjoyment, comfort and self-satisfaction unless the Lord allows the slave. The Lord
promises to thoroughly study and learn about the activities, objects, and behaviors that
satisfy and bring pleasure to the slave. This is done via communication and explanation and
must be incorporated into the relationship.
The Lord assumes full responsibility for the slave. This includes, but is not limited to: the
slave's survival, physical and mental health. The slave has a duty to inform about altered
health conditions, injuries or other physical or mental changes. The slave understands that
even though the Lord is well aware, it is the Lord who has the final say in the matter. The
Lord agrees not to punish the slave for bringing about the above changes. The Lord also
agrees to listen to the slave's health concerns with an open and respectful mind. The Lord
should not inflict pain and punish the slave in such a way that care from others outside the
relationship is needed.

The slave agrees that the slave's body must always be accessible to the Master's use and
pleasure. The slave's hair must be washed and set in the way the Master prefers. The slave
must at all times be without sex, and wear the clothes the Master has decided.
The slave must use the agreed safeword(s) when needed. The slave recognizes that their
safeword is: ____________ and their safe signal is: ____________________________. The
Lord accepts responsibility for dealing with situations where the slave uses safeword or safe
signal. He must then assess the situation and decide whether the activity should change or
stop altogether. The slave must at all times accept the Master's assessment of the situation.
The Master should never punish the slave for using safeword or safe sign.
The slave must at all times answer any questions the Master may ask. The slave must
respond immediately, honestly and to the best of his ability. The Master agrees never to
use the answer to evil deeds, abuses, and divulge information without consent.
The Lord has to provide for all purchases of sex toys (vibrators, dildos, etc.) and utensils
(whip, rope, and grooming / cleaning). The slave agrees to clean and maintain sex toys and
tools to the best of his ability. In addition, the slave has a duty to inform the Lord if anything
is broken and / or needs to be replaced.

The Master accepts and has a duty, never to exceed these boundaries, without negotiation
has taken place and the negotiation is accepted by the slave.
The slave must throughout the term of the contract, titling the Lord as "Sir" or "Lord" unless
otherwise dictated. The slave must speak respectfully to the Lord at all times. The Lord
must titillate the slave as he pleases.
The Lord agrees to give the slave an appropriate gift which symbolizes the Lord's ownership
of the slave. The slave must always carry the symbol with him / himself, except if the Lord
finds it inappropriate in given situations.
The slave understands that breach of contract will result in a punishment that the Lord
deems appropriate. The slave must accept the punishment and learn from it. If the slave is
to be punished for inappropriate behavior, breach of contract or flabby, then the slave
must find the tools to the Master with which the Lord wants to punish the slave. In
addition, the slave must occupy the position dictated by the Lord and accept his
punishment. When the slave is being punished, the Lord must explain to the slave that she
is being punished and why the slave is being punished. The Lord must raise up his slave
solely to make the slave a better slave. The Lord must never punish the slave when he is
angry or frustrated.
