Greetings! You are invited to particioate in a research study conducted by studends from
Grade 12 TVL-VOLTA of the Ilocos Norte National High School.

We are asking you to take part in the study because we want to know the Effects of Lack
of Background Understanding of Taking Dressmaking Major.

Your participation is voluntary and would consist of an interview with use of voice
recorder which will be an instrument to help transcribe and analyze your answer and wil only take for
more or less than 15 minutes,depending on the length of our conversation.

There is no anticipated risk to your participation and any information obtained in


connection with this study that can be identified with you will remain confidential.The information
collected about you will be coded using fake name (pseudonym) or initials and number (eg. Abc-123).
