Most respectfully showeth:-
1. That the above captioned matter is pending before this
Hon’ble court and is fixed for 26.09.2016.
2. That the applicant is the defendant No.1 in the present
case and on the last date of hearing, this Hon’ble Court
had pleased to direct the parties to furnish their affidavits
of admission-denial to the documents filed by each other.
3. That accordingly, in compliance with the aforesaid
directions of the Hon’ble Court, the Defendant No.1 has
prepared a list of documents, wherein all the documents
filed by the claimant have been segregated into two
Categories i.e. Admitted or Denied. A list of documents is
being filed with the present application alongwith an
affidavit as an accompanying annexure which is marked
as “Annexure-A” the same and be read as part and parcel
of the present application and affidavit.
4. That the present application is bonafide and made in the
interest of justice.
PRAYER
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this
Hon’ble court may please to allow the present application in
compliance of the directions and orders passed by this
Hon’ble Court, in the interest of justice.
Pass any other or further order, which this Hon’ble
court may deems fit and proper, in favour of the Defendant
No.1, in the interest of justice.

I, the above named deponent, do hereby solemnly affirm and

1. That the deponent is the Defendant No.1 in the above
noted case and is fully conversant with the facts and
circumstances of the case and is competent to swear
this present affidavit.
2. That on the last date of hearing, this Hon’ble Court had
