Data Gathering Procedure
The data gathering method will immediately begin to carry on the study's goal.
After the concept and its instrument have been completed and accepted by the Clinical
Instructor.
The researchers will first request the Dean of the College of Nursing's permission
to conduct the research and administer the questionnaires. Following approval, a letter
seeking permission to conduct the study and collect the necessary data with inclusive
dates will be delivered to the Dean of the College of Nursing at the study's chosen
location. Before being distributed to the target individuals, the questionnaire will be
verified for reliability and validity.
The researchers will be administering the questionnaires during the gathering
procedure. Measures will be employed to abide by the ethical principles in the conduct of
the research.
The respondents will be informed about the nature of the study. The informed
consent of each respondent will be obtained to provide freedom of choice and give an
outlet for the individuals to voluntarily assent or decline participation in the study.
The researchers will distribute the questionnaires to the older adults. In their free
time, they will be requested to complete questionnaires. They will be given ample time to
complete the questionnaire, as well as the opportunity to ask questions and obtain
clarifications. The researcher will gather it once answered and compile and seal it for
study and interpretation.
