Data Gathering Procedures

After the research instrument undergo validation, reliability and pilot testing, the

researchers will yield a letter of request to the adviser, the Dean of the College of Health and

Allied Sciences, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, and the Chairman of the Research

committee for data gathering procedure to obtain permission to conduct the study.

After constructing the questionnaire, the time availability of the respondents will be

considered before conducting the survey, the self-made questionnaire was given through an

online survey MS Forms for the respondents to answer. The sequence of the data gathering

procedure will begin with a registration form that will be filled up by the third year nursing

students, then the researchers will mention the instructions and explain the importance of the

study to the respondents, to better outline the current condition of the interrelation of self-

efficacy and clinical competency of the respondents. The collected information will then be

tallied and submitted to the research statistician for statistical treatment, analysis, and

interpretation
